One of the recommendations that I am struggling with is cooking daily. Does anyone have suggestions for cooking fresh meals when you are cooking for 1 person? Do you use a personal pressure cooker? If you use a slow cooker, oven, or any other thing, you are cooking way more than 1 serving. Usually 4-6 servings. But these will need to be reheated later and lose their prana. Ideas?
