I thought you would appreciate this eating meditation that comes from the Buddhist lineages. Practitioners meditate with these before meals to invoke gratitude, insight, mindfulness, ease, and understanding when eating. I find them very useful and wonderful! They help with eating what our body truly needs as well. The more mindful we are, the clearer we are with ourselves on our unique needs.
