Hi everyone! I will miss tomorrow's meeting because of work, so I wanted to check in here. I had family visiting last week, so I am getting back into my routines and trying to catch up. Protecting my senses was important during the family visit, since I was chef, chauffeur, and MC for the week. I barely had time to shower. I took 5 minutes when I could and sat in my dark closet, eyes closed and breathing. It really helped! After they left, I had planned to do a bunch of stuff but ended up napping and drinking tea for most of the day. Recovery from emotional/mental stress is just as important as from a strong workout! I hope you all are doing great. See you after the break!
