Im admitting that i really enjoy sleuthing my eliminations. It's really obvious when I've gone 'out of bounds' with my intake or meal time. It also really affects the rest of my morning routine and my overall attitude through the day. For instance if I havent eliminated by 730 am, I know somethings up. Then it just feels weird to eat breakfast when there's no 'room' to put breakfast and the timing of my morning is off.
I also have really found the squat method for eliminating to be extremely successful!
