Give yourself space from the critical voice within and allow yourself to learn bit by bit, through taking small steps regularly.
Put aside perfectionism to give yourself the space to keep coming back to your practice.
Track the good steps you are taking each day. Review them before you fall asleep. Affirm what you want to do tomorrow.
Do less but do it with more care and consistency.
We're all learning.
Treat yourself the way you would (do) treat your precious child who was learning something new.
