I’m trying to lighten my dinners and eat earlier. Successfully had tomatoe soup with edamame and potatoe samosa yesterday!
I’m feeling motivated to dig deeper with transforming my patterns this trimester. enjoying a warm turmeric, ginger, pepper, saffron oat milk later than desirable but it feels so good! relaxing with my drink and a book.. At least, the ingredients work with rebalancing seasonal imbalance? Plus I have breastfeeding excuse ;-) attempting to post sometimes but never feel the need to write anything.
