I am returning from a vacation and the pleasant indulgence of many desserts (my birthday and a dear friend's birthday started off the time). Monday, I made a pot of kitchari and have continued with a mostly kitchari diet this week, supplementing at lunch, and tapering down from daily desserts. A Win. What is a small win for you this week? Are there any adjustments in how you're living that are requesting your attention?
