Made the cardamom and ginger shortbread that Shannon recommended to me!! So proud of myself and really really enjoying them.. couldn’t find one ingredient so improvised. Used earth balance too and cinnamon .. delicious! Drank turmeric ginger cinnamon oat milk with shortbread.. highly recommend .. soaking the garbanzo for cooking. tried to upload pictures but website isn’t allowing.. will try again later.
