I want to let all of you know that I just created a Contemplative Mindfulness Meditations Meetup group. The group will engage in a wide range of mindfulness practices with a focus in breathing meditations and with the hopes of developing a deeper sense of self, body, and purpose. This mindfulness practicing group will work harmoniously with our Ayurvedic program. If you are interested, please let me know and sign up with the link below.
