i really enjoyed the reading and meal planning for an earlier, lighter, and plant based dinner. I followed that for Monday and Tuesday of this week. I ate a much larger lunch than usual and a small plant based dinner. I felt noticeably light after dinner, had time for a post-dinner activities, and woke up refreshed the next day. Wednesday was a different story: A celebratory work happy hour followed by dinner with a friend was fun, but i sure did suffer the consequences of having trouble falling asleep and waking very lethargic. Experiment in what works and what doesnt was a success. Back to large lunch and light dinner today.
