Happy Monday.

We are shifting our attention to Earlier, Lighter Dinner and Early to Bed for the next few weeks.

What are you favorite go-to light dinners this time of year?

I tried Dr. Bhaswati's recommendation to keep lights off one night a week. I did it the last two nights (I have two 5 foot windows facing South and two facing East, so I get every drop of the end of the day light), and kept electronics off for the hour before bed last night, and was able to fall asleep easily before 10 pm.

What are you, or will you be practicing to help with early bedtime?
