So I'm working though the Prep School and Shannon told me to slow down, so I just finished the prakriti section. Doing this in light of the easeful living discussion is interesting because I think to move into ease, I need to stop the tug-of-war that seems to be going on between all 3 doshas. I can totally relate to the out of balance side of the lists for each one. Dull thinking, sharp words, anxiety... Yep, all in the same day. Cold body, hot body, dry body, too much oil... Yep, again, all in the same day. Crazy hungry, not hungry, thirsty, sometimes predictable, sometimes erratic... Check for all of them! Maybe moving into Ease will require an hour by hour assessment.
