The Baja Mexico retreat touches everyone who participates. Shannon’s yoga classes help the group acclimate to the high temperatures and dry air, and she models how to respect your body, even in its crankiness, with a unique mix of thoughtfully taught asanas.  I loved  relaxing into  the sun, warmth, and physical beauty of the flora and fauna of desert life while learning about the places in my body  that needed more support. I made wonderful connections within myself and  with a lovely collective of yoga friends. ​The retreat center is gorgeous, spacious and serves delicious and creative fare. What a glorious experience!
