The Ayurvedic Consultation includes a thorough health intake and evaluation to determine your unique constitution and present state of imbalance. Specific recommendations will be offered around lifestyle, nutrition, herbal supplementation, yoga & exercise and cleansing.
We’ll meet either in person or via Zoom for your appointment.
