 Ayurveda recognizes that each person is unique, yet within all the variation, certain patterns emerge. In Ayurveda, these patterns reveal 7 distinct body types. Understanding your unique body type is a game changer. It gives you a way to understand and  decode the signs and symptoms your body and mind express, and a roadmap to resolving imbalances at their root.  When you understand the meaning of your symptoms,  you can take the right actions to regain balance.

In this 4 lesson audio course you'll learn about the different body types Ayurveda describes and discover yours. In each lesson, I'll guide you through some questions that will help you clarify the  patterns of balance and imbalance in your organism. From there, I'll describe the ways you can regain balance by adopting simple daily rituals.  Each week you'll be invited to create a new  practice, based on that week's lesson and how it applies to you. By the end of four weeks you'll have a deeper understanding of your unique nature and how to care for it. 

Whether traveling, in transition or healing from an illness or injury, knowing what to do best support your system, makes all the difference in your recovery. Take your self-care to the next level with an understanding of your unique body type and how to create the best conditions for dynamic health, satisfaction and wellbeing anytime.

Here's how it works

When you register, you'll receive access to the whole course. We recommend listening to one lesson a week for 4 weeks, practicing what you learn each week before listening to the following lesson.


 Each lesson includes a downloadable audio teaching and an illustrated pdf. After listening to the teaching, you'll be guided to answer some questions that will support you in applying the lesson to yourself and creating a simple daily ritual to begin practicing right away. If you have questions, you can email Shannon. 

At the end of four weeks, you'll understand your unique Ayurvedic body type, what's out of balance and what actions to take to move towards balance again. You'll already have been practicing a supportive ritual each week, putting you on the road to living a more aligned  daily routine for your unique nature going forward!


At the end of Week 4, you'll receive a link to schedule a 20 min 1 - 1 with Shannon to answer your questions about your bodytype, and make sure you're on the right track with that.
