A 3-week program designed to support gentle detoxification and rejuvenation of the body, mind and heart.

Spring and Fall are ideal times to support the body in gentle detoxification and purification. At these more moderate times of year, neither too hot, nor too cold, the body has an easier time adapting to a short cleansing routine.
The body and mind are designed to rid the body of accumulated wastes. During a cleanse, we support the body in doing its natural cleansing by lightening the diet, eliminating the "bad stuff," attending to proper hydration, and engaging some delicious self-care designed to support the detoxification pathways.
In this 3 week program, we'll take a week to prepare, a week to cleanse, and a week to return and rejuvenate for a healthy spring and summer.

Āyurveda has a long history of effective food-based cleansing. Rather than stripping the body clear, this gentle approach allows the body to easily release the excesses of the previous season, while also rebooting digestive function for the season ahead. Strong digestion means better tissue nourishment, waste removal and stronger immunity. Sound good?








Here's how it works:
Register for the Cleanse

Receive a supply list and instructions on ordering your supplies.

Receive a link to schedule a 30 minute, pre-cleanse consult with Shannon.

Get ready to begin April 5th.
The Cleanse is divided into 3 phases
I. Preparation (Week 1)
-
Attend the first live-stream class to get oriented to the program and meet your cleanse mates.
-
Daily emails move you through the cleanse manual so you know what to do each day.
-
Begin eating a whole foods diet and observing the healthier eating guidelines (you'll learn about these in week 1).
-
Drink plenty of fresh water, herbal teas and a digestion-balancing tea during the day.
-
Take a gentle Āyurvedic herb before bed o support colon health..
II. Cleanse Deeply (Week 2)

Attend the second live-stream class to check in and receive orientation to the cleanse.
-
Daily emails continue to move you through the cleanse manual so you know what to do each day.

Begin the 5 - 7 day cleansing diet.
-
Rest and relax as much as possible: yoga nidrā, meditation, journaling, couch time, easy reading, easeful walks outdoors, self-massage with oil, steam baths or warm showers.

Gentle detoxification protocols over the weekend (optional).
III. Ease Back to your New Normal (Week 3)

Attend the third live-stream class to check in and receive orientation to easing back from the cleansing diet.

Daily emails continue to move you through the cleanse manual so you know what to do each day.

Begin to add back more whole foods using our simple guidelines.

Continue the daily rhythms and rituals (dinacharya) you've been introduced to during the reset.

Access the Reset Course page for an additional 30 days.

FAQ’s
Q. Will I be able to work during the cleanse?
A. YES! This reset is designed for you to be able to engage your normal work activities. At the same time, for maximum benefit, we recommend taking as much down time as possible, especially during cleanse week.
Q. Will I be hungry during the cleanse ?
A. You’ll be eating a whole foods diet before and after cleanse week, and a spiced stew during cleanse week, so you shouldn't be tired. At the same time, it's normal to deal with cravings for some of the foods you reduce or eliminate during the program. We' ve added in some delicious teas and wholesome snacks, as needed.
Q. What if I have my period?
A. You can engage the cleansing diet during your period. During the heavier days of your cycle, we will give you an appropriate asana practice, and have you refrain from the oiling practices until you’re in a lighter phase of your cycle.
Q. Can I cleanse if I'm sick?
A. NO. If you’re ill, we’ll adjust the timing of your cleanse to begin once you’re fully recovered. The cleanse is appropriate a moon's cycle AFTER you're fully recovered.
Q. I'm trying to get pregnant, or am pregnant now. Is the cleanse appropriate for me?
A. NO. If you're trying to get pregnant or pregnant now, the cleanse is not for you. However if you're wanting to get pregnant in the near future, and won't be trying for a few months, the cleanse is an excellent preparation for conception.
Q. I'm a lighter body type, and don't want to lose too much weight. Is the cleanse appropriate for me?
A. YES! Shannon will be spending a little time with each participant 1 - 1 and can help customize the cleansing diet so you will not lose too much weight.
Q. I’d love to participate but I can’t make those dates. Do you offer customized dates?
A. YES! We can accommodate your travel schedule (dates AFTER the cleanse has begun, not before) and make the daily emails and recordings available as you go through the process. Reach out to Shannon here to talk about custom dates.
