A 12-day Āyurvedic cleanse and rejuvenation designed to clear out the excess, gently detoxify and restore your essential vitality.

As we shift into Fall, our bodies are usually carrying an excess of heat and dryness from summer The excess summer heat and dryness (along with poor diet and lifestyle choices) can produce symptoms like,

Āyurveda offers some simple protocols to support our body as it transitions from one season to the next. When we support what our body in what it's trying to do naturally, we arrive in the new season rewarded with stronger digestion, more robust immunity and more stable energy and joy in the months to come.
If we don't support this transition, it will likely happen in an incomplete way, leaving unresolved symptoms that can lead us further down a disease path and compromise our immunity and energy during the next season.








The Autumn digestive reset is designed to support your seasonal transition by rebalancing your daily rhythms, strengthening your digestion, and releasing the excess heat and dryness of summer.
The entire 12 days is designed to support you in "catching up" with your life, supporting your mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing too.
The Reset is divided into 3 phases
I. Prepare to Cleanse (3 days)

Come to our first live-stream meeting to get oriented to the Reset.

Begin the whole foods diet.

Drink plenty of fresh water, herbal teas and a digestion-balancing tea during the day.

Take a gentle āyurvedic herb to support colon health before bed.
II. Cleanse Deeply (5 days)
-
Come to the second live-stream meeting to check in and receive orientation to the cleanse.

Begin the 5 day cleansing diet.

Continue hydration protocols with water, digestion-balancing tea and other herbal teas you enjoy.

Rest and relax as much as possible: gentle yoga, yoga nidrā, meditation, journaling, couch time, easy reading, easeful walks outdoors, self-massage with oil, steam baths or warm showers.

Gentle detoxification protocols over the weekend as desired (optional).
III. Ease Back to your New Normal (4 Days)

Attend third zoom meeting to check in and receive orientation to easing back from the cleansing diet.

Begin to add back more whole foods using our simple guidelines.

Continue the daily rhythms and rituals (dinacharya) you've been introduced to during the reset.

Here's what's included...
Upon enrollment, you'll receive a complete supply list with links to purchase the products online, and a reset calendar with meeting dates and times.
An Illustrated Reset Manual outlining each phase of the process, and a Whole Food's Recipe Booklet to use during and after the reset.
3 live-streamed heart- centered meditation classes and a Restorative yoga class. All classes will be delivered over zoom, and recorded to view later.
A Private Community forum to share about your reset between classes, post photos, receive inspiration and stay connected with others throughout the process.
A 20 minute 1 - 1 pre-reset meeting with Shannon to make sure all parts of the protocol will work for you. Any adjustments will be made at that time. You'll receive a link to schedule this session as soon as you sign up.
3 live-stream zoom Reset meetings. Join with your fellow participants, and receive orientation to each phase of the program. Q and C and inspiration for your journey. All classes recorded in case you can't be there live, or for your review later.
Daily emails guiding your through each stage of the process, with links provided to all zoom classes and "just hit reply" e-mail access to Shannon throughout the reset.
A Course Page to access all the materials and recordings. All materials will be available for you for an additional 30 days after the reset ends.

FAQ’s
Q. Will I be able to work during the reset?
A. YES! This reset is designed for you to be able to engage your normal work activities. We do suggest you take as much down time as possible, especially during the 5 day mono-diet. We'll be prioritizing as much rest and couch time as possible. No restaurants, parties, etc. We'll even take a break from vigorous exercise, and simple move in gentle ways during the reset.
Q. Will I be hungry during the cleanse week?
A. You’ll be eating a whole foods stew, and will be able to have additional helpings as hunger arises, so you shouldn't be hungry, That being said, we highly recommend resting as much as possible during cleanse week to get the most from the process.
Q. What if I have my period?
A. You can engage the cleansing diet during your period. During the heavier days of your cycle, we will give you an appropriate asana practice, and have you refrain from the oiling practices until you’re in a lighter phase of your cycle.
Q. Can I cleanse if I'm sick?
A. NO. If you’re ill, we’ll adjust the timing of your reset to begin once you’re fully recovered. The reset is appropriate 30 or more days AFTER you are fully recovered.
Q. I'm trying to get pregnant, or am pregnant now. Is the Reset appropriate for me?
A. NO. If you're trying to get pregnant or pregnant now, the Reset is not for you. However if you're wanting to get pregnant in the near future, and won't be trying for a few months, the Reset is appropriate and potentially helpful in preparing you to conceive.
Q. I'm a lighter body type, and don't want to lose too much weight. Is the Reset appropriate for me?
A. YES! Shannon will be spending a little time with each participant 1 - 1 and can help customize the cleansing diet so you will not lose weight.
Q. I’d love to participate but I can’t make those dates. Do you offer customized dates?
A. YES! We can accommodate your travel schedule (dates AFTER the reset has begun, not before) and make the daily emails and recordings available as you go through the process. Reach out to Shannon here to talk about custom dates.
