A guided home Ayurvedic cleanse designed to leave you lighter, brighter, and clearer in the months to come.

3 Reset Meetings, Wednesdays: April 16, April 23 and April 30th.   Meet your fellow Reset participants, learn about the daily practices, Q and C and inspiration for your journey. All classes recorded in case you can't be there live, or for your review later. 

Illustrated Reset Manual outlining each phase of the process and a Whole Food's Recipe Booklet.

A Private Community forum to stay  connected with each other between live-stream sessions.

20 minute 1 - 1 pre-reset session with Shannon to make any tweaks to the protocol based on your health history.

The Reset is divided into 4 Phases
 

I. Register for the Reset and get ready to Begin

​​

  • Receive your Welcome Letter with supply list and links to purchase.

  • Order supplies and align your calendar for the Reset.

  • Fill out a brief HHF and return to Shannon (all online).

  • Schedule 1 - 1  with Shannon.

  • Receive email reminders and  Zoom links 

  • Attend our first live stream Reset Meeting on Wed, April 16th Live at Blue Mountain Yoga in Sequim, or livestream  at 6pm/pacific. We'll meet other group members, review  the supply list, learn about the preparation phase of the Reset, set intentions + Q and C.

  • Gain access to Reset course page a few days before we begin.

  • Attend Ghee Making Class on Sunday, April 20 at 10 am (or watch the recording later).

II. Prepare to Cleanse (3 days)​

  • Begin the preparatory practices and whole foods diet.

  • Take a simple Ayurvedic herb to support colon health before bed, and drink a digestion-  balancing  spice tea during the day.

  • Receive  daily emails guiding you through the daily practices.

  • Attend 20 min. heart-based meditation with Melanie, Tues, April 22 at 7am (or watch recording later)

  • Attend the second live-stream Reset Meeting,  on Wed, April 23 at 6pm for orientation to the Cleansing diet and practices, to connect with others and for Q and C (or watch the recording later).

III. Cleansing Diet and Practices (5 days)​​

​

  • Enjoy a 5 day  cleansing diet of an easy to digest, delicious stew (kitchari).

  • Continue herbal and spice tea protocols.

  • Attend 20 min. heart-based meditation with Melanie, Thurs and Sat, April 24 and 26 at 7am (or watch recordings later).

  • Attend live-stream Restorative Yoga and Meditation with Shannon, Friday, April 25th at 7am (or watch recording later).

  • Rest and relax as much as possible. This is Key.

IV. Ease Back to your New Normal (2 Days)

​​​

  • Begin to add in more whole foods using our simple guidelines

  • Continue the daily practices (dinacharya) to support your wellbeing in all levels.

  • Attend the third live-stream Reset Meeting on Wed, April 30th, at 6pm,  for orientation to easing back from the cleansing diet, Q and C and connection with the group (or watch the recording later).

  • Enjoy access to the Reset Course page for an additional two weeks.

FAQ’s
 

Q.  Will I be able to work during the reset?
A. YES! This reset is designed for you to be able to engage your normal work activities. We do suggest you take as much down time as possible, especially during the 5 day mono-diet. We'll be prioritizing as much rest and couch time as possible. No restaurants, parties, etc. We'll even take a break from vigorous exercise, and simple move in gentle ways during the reset. 

 

Q. Will I be hungry during the cleanse week?
A.  You’ll  be eating a whole foods stew, and will be able to have additional helpings as hunger arises, so you shouldn't be hungry, That being said, we highly recommend resting as much as possible during cleanse week to get the most from the process.

 

Q.  What if I have my period?
A.  You can engage the cleansing diet during your period.  During the heavier days of your cycle, we will give you an appropriate asana practice, and have you refrain from the oiling practices until you’re in a lighter phase of your cycle.

 

Q.  Can I cleanse if I'm sick?
A. NO. If you’re ill, we’ll adjust the timing of your reset to begin once you’re fully recovered. The reset is appropriate 30 or more days AFTER you are fully recovered.

Q. I'm trying to get pregnant, or am pregnant now. Is the Reset appropriate for me?

A. NO. If you're trying to get pregnant or pregnant now, the Reset is not for you. However if you're wanting to get pregnant in the near future, and won't be trying for a few months, the Reset is appropriate and potentially helpful in preparing you to conceive.
 

Q. I'm a lighter body type, and don't want to lose too much weight. Is the Reset appropriate for me?

A. YES! Shannon will be spending a little time with each participant 1 - 1 and can help customize the cleansing diet so you will not lose weight.

 

Q. I’d love to participate but I can’t make those dates. Do you offer customized dates?
A. YES! We can accommodate your travel schedule (dates AFTER the reset has begun, not before) and make the daily emails and recordings available as you go through the process. Reach out to Shannon here to talk about custom dates.
