Hello lovely friends! 🌟

here is a link to an amazing reading of the Tao te Ching (link below) … I really find that it points toward the root of mindfulness, breath body practice, and sitting in silence… it also provides excellent inspiration for the morning! Highly recommend listening to… you can do so while doing other things like dishes. enjoy!
